We did this last year and many people asked to do it again so here is the breakdown. Because the rapids are slightly bigger this year, the only option is for rafts with guides. Funyaks are not an option this year

$100 deposit is for signjnf up BEFORE SUNDAY APRIL 6th. After that the price will go up by $30

The cost if you sign up BEFORE APRIL 6th is
$180 per person with 2 nights tent camping
$150 per person if you arrange your own lodging
The prices will go up $30 on April 6th

This include:

• White water rafting on the Upper New River in Lansing, West Virginia (I will update the address later)
• Stop during rafting trip with lunch provided

Friday July 4th - Arrival and activities
Satuday July 5th - Rafting with stop for lunch
Sunday July 6th - Departure and individual activities

1. How far is it?
   4-5 hour drive depending on the route
2. What if I want to carpool?
   You will need to arrange that with other people coming
3. What if I want to split an AirBNB?
   Nichole and Mary are handling that and will post details in the comments when they have them
4. What if I want to get my own hotel room?
   Go for it.
5. Do I need to bring food?
   Lunch when on the river is the only meal provided. You can pack food or eat out
6. Are kids allowed on this trip?
   Yes, I believe they have to be 10 or 12 and will check
7. What other activities are there?
   There is a lot of beautiful hiking and other things to do in the area like hiking, zip lines, horseback. We will be posting those things in the coming weeks.
8. If I don't want to go rafting but just want to hang out and do the other stuff, can I still come
   YES! We had people do that last year
