Free Symphony with Me

Details
I wrote the title and realized it rhymed. I was inspired to channel my inner Shel Silverstein and...
Come one, come all, come short or tall
To the silliest symphony bash of them all
No tickets to buy, no seats to unfold
Just music and magic and Motown gold
The violins wiggle, the trumpets shout
The Southwest Ohio folks know what they’re about
They bop and they bounce and they don’t miss a beat
They’ll tickle your ears and unglue your seat
You might do the twist or the mashed potato
You might even groove with your great Aunt Flo
We’ve seen them before and we’re telling you true
You’ll laugh and you’ll sing and you might scuff your shoe
No snacks in your lap, no lawn chair to bring
Just follow the sound where the Motowners swing
So wiggle your fingers and clap with some glee
And enjoy the magic of a free symphony with me
