This is the big Zoom call. The one where we actually make decisions about the future of the group. Not later. Not someday. Right now. Real plans. Real roles. Real mutant-level commitment.

Organizing events for this group feels like wrangling a flock of mentally handicapped cat turkey hybrids. One is spinning in circles. One is staring blankly into space. One of them is showing up at every event wearing the same shirt (I truly love that one). One of them is leaving comments on the event instead of reading the FIRST PARAGRAPH. I enjoy meeting all of them. (Except for the ones that RSVP yes and then no show. They are more like the opossums)

If you have ever thought about hosting an event, even in a brief moment of weakness or caffeine-fueled optimism, this is your time. You do not need to be an expert. You just need a voice, a webcam, and enough curiosity to click the link.

And if you are not planning to host anything, this still affects you. The events we plan, the directions we take, and the energy we summon will shape what this group becomes. Every member should show up, speak up, and be part of what is next.
