Hi Everyone,

Just a quick heads-up: this will be a different format from the other park concerts I’ve hosted this year.

We’ll kick things off with a BBQ Picnic at 12 noon featuring food, drinks, games, and plenty of socializing. Later, at 6 pm, we’ll enjoy a free outdoor concert by the 80’s tribute band Past Action Heroes.

To participate, I’m asking everyone to contribute $20, which will go toward meat/seafood, fruit, veggies, vegan options, drinks, ice, games, party supplies, equipment, charcoal, and more.

This contribution helps cover all expenses—so no need to bring food or extras. (This will not be a potluck.)

We’ll spend the afternoon enjoying a delicious BBQ and connecting with friends old and new, then end the night dancing and singing along to great 80’s music under the stars.

*Note: Everyone will initially be placed on the waitlist. Once your $20 contribution per person is received, I’ll move you to “Going.” Please keep in mind—if you show up to the meetup while still on the waitlist, it will be considered a violation and may result in removal from the group. Just a heads-up.
