What it is:
A warm, judgment-free space for adult children caring for their parents to share stories, swap tips, and recharge over breakfast. While you connect, your parent will be safely looked after in a nearby room with gentle activities and full supervision by our team.

We provide:
• Coffee, tea, and light breakfast
• A supportive discussion circle for caregivers
• Safe, monitored space for your parent during the meetup
• Resource guidance for in-home support and community services

Who should attend:
Daughters/sons (and close family caregivers) supporting a parent who may need nursing or daily living assistance.

Cost: Free
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Elevator available.
What to bring: Any medications or comfort items your parent may need during the hour.
