Darren’s Birthday Bonfire 🔥 | Beach Walk, Games, BBQ, Drinks & More 🌊

Join me for a relaxing and fun-filled day at Dockweiler State Beach on Saturday, May 9th to celebrate my birthday—and all the other May birthdays too!

We’ll meet at 12 noon to hang out, settle in, and enjoy the ocean. Look for our canopies to claim a cozy spot, set up your chairs, and start the good vibes.

This is an all-day celebration!

Spend the day relaxing, enjoying good food and drinks, and participating in beach activities like walks, games, and BBQ (meats and seafood included).

As the evening sets in, we’ll keep the fun going with a bonfire, music, and dancing. Past beach bonfire events have gone strong past 11 PM—so get ready to party from day into night!

Spots are limited, and the event may close once full, so please RSVP and make a payment ASAP to confirm your spot.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Essentials: Beach chair or blanket (chairs are highly recommended), sunscreen, beach towel, hat, sunglasses, and a portable phone charger.
• Clothing: Comfortable footwear (barefoot, sandals, sneakers, or hiking boots), extra clothes, a sweater or jacket for the evening, and a backpack or bag for your belongings.
• Extras: Flashlight, beach games, a book, beach umbrella or canopy (if you have one), a portable table, etc.
• Firewood: Extra firewood is appreciated to keep the bonfire going.

The exact location will be announced closer to the event date and shared again on the day of. Stay tuned for updates!

Parking at the beach is $9.

This is a private gathering, so no uninvited guests or party crashers—we’ll be keeping track of official RSVPs.

Please RSVP only if you’re 100% certain you’ll attend on Saturday, May 9th. Each person may bring up to two additional guests. Please note that a $25 contribution is requested per person.
