Midsommar Celebration/ Summer Solstice and Essential Oils

Midsommar-
This is a smaller gathering (around 18 ppl) and we have about 2-3 spots left, so if you’d love to come, grab a spot now!
It really helps us prepare.
($20 to cover costs)
Midsommar is a celebration of abundance of this time of year; growth, expansion, the life-giving sun, fertility of the soil and Mother Earth.

So we’ll start with chats, snacks, and decorating the midsummer pole.
Then we’ll take some time to for reflection and awareness and we’ll gather around the midsummer-pole “midsommar stång” (Swedish Tradition) to connect and express gratitude. We’ll do a meditation on Abundance.
We’ll do some moves and dancing to the beats of drums that Doric Chris George will provide.
(He’s hosting a free sound bath the following week, so this is a good time to meet him) -Whoever else wants to bring their music instruments-

And, if we’re up for it, I’ll pull out some fun and silly games that’s up my sleeve.

We’ll snack, eat, drink together, and make an
essential oil blend.
You don’t have to bring anything. You can just show up! We’ll provide everything-
(A Vegan option as well as Omnivore option)
For beverages we’ll have White wine, wine spritzer, and a non-alcoholic drink,
Coffee, tea etc.)
However, If you want to bring something yummy to share, or something special for your stomach, you are definitely welcome to.

When we feel done with the more structured part above, the plan is that everyone will want to chat, mingle, hang-out, drink and eat, dance and crack up..…
Towards the later hour we’ll light the fire pit, share some stories and enjoy some s’mores.

This is an event for anyone who wants a wholesome fun experience with great connections. So, let’s stay kinda’ light on the alcohol-
