🌟 WHY MOTOR ROW & RECORD ROW?
🚘 Motor Row became one of the nation's most important early automobile districts, with more than 100 automobile makes represented between roughly 1905 and 1936.

🎶 Record Row later became a major center of Chicago’s music industry, particularly from the 1950s through the 1970s, when labels such as Chess and Vee-Jay helped define the sound of blues, R&B, soul and rock 'n' roll.

From Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf to Chuck Berry, Etta James and countless other artists, the South Loop played an enormous role in American music history.
