Authentic Relating; Embodiment -Slowing Down into Presence and Connection

Details
Communication extends far beyond speaking and listening; it involves a dynamic interplay of verbal and nonverbal elements that convey meaning.
This dimension of communication is both fascinating and often underestimated, as it invites us to reconsider conventional ways of interacting. By embracing this perspective, we can gain a richer, more nuanced understanding of the world—one that our culture may have long overlooked.
Using a blend of somatic exercises, mindful movement, breathwork, and relational practices (like Authentic Relating), we’ll practice noticing what’s alive in our bodies and expressing from that place with clarity and care.
Whether you're new to embodiment work or have years of experience, this space is designed to meet you where you are. Consider wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that allow for a range of motion.
What to Expect:
- Grounding breath and body awareness practices
- Gentle movement and guided self-inquiry
- Partner and small group exercises to explore relational presence
- Space to reflect, share, and integrate
Recommended attire: consider wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that allow for a range of motion.
