ABOUT OUR PANELISTS

Rachael Clark is a Senior Lead Design Researcher at Kaleidoscope Innovation. Rachael is a human-centered design researcher with 12 years of experience as a mixed methods research methodologist. Rachael transitioned from college-level teaching and research to UX research 3 years ago. She has prior UX research experience at Meta Reality Labs, supporting the Quality Benchmarking team and the Accessibility team. Rachael is passionate about studying characteristics and experiences that positively impact well-being such as grit, hope, meaning in life, and optimism.

Korey Clements is a UI/UX Lead at Kaleidoscope Innovation. Korey has 11+ years of experience launching B2B + B2C digital products with top of class customer focused experiences to different markets globally. Korey has specialized skills in human centered user experience design, user interface design, and design system creation for scalable platforms. He also has experience in design research, user testing, marketing, branding, graphic design, and story telling for the user. Korey has helped ideate, conceptualize, test, and launch over 20 digital products in: aerospace, medical, natural stone, lumber, plumbing, transportation, landscaping, non-profit, commercial theatrical, entertainment, and electronic sporting industries.

Becky Sroufe is a Senior User Experience Designer at Expel, Inc., a cyber security company. She specializes in design, user research, and bringing teams and companies together through human-centered design thinking methodologies. She has enjoyed bringing UX talents and championing UX design across a range of industries, including grocery retail and e-commerce, cyber security, health and wellness, online pharmaceutical, and even coffee roasting and sales. Outside of UX, she's a lucky mom of 2 juggling full time work, parenthood, and her love of books, art, gardening, and crafting.

Janie Wagner is a Senior User Experience Researcher with a focus on mixed-methods research, emphasizing the power of qualitative insights paired with quantitative data. She’s passionate about uncovering meaningful user connections and driving actionable insights that shape exceptional experiences within a wide range of industries, including: automotive, AI, financial services, food retail, and entertainment. Her expertise spans uncovering nuanced user needs, navigating complex research questions, and delivering impactful recommendations that bridge the gap between people and technology.
