Earlier in the year, Boon got involved in teaching the Change Management Through Design course with Mary Wharmby via Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID).

The CMTD course teaches perspectives and approaches in applying design approaches to the work of organisational change.

Here’s an overview of the course here:
https://ciid.dk/education/digital-learning/workshops/change-management-through-design/

Boon also wrote up some course reflections from his 1st cohort experience here:
https://boonych.medium.com/organisational-change-through-design-4571816f244d

Given that many of us are involved in the work of change, we thought it would be a good idea to run this event using the overview and our reflections of the course to discuss the nature of change work through the lens of design.

We hope you can join us!

For this event, we’ll be charging a small fee of £2 to cover expenses like the meetup site and other tools to run our events. But we don’t want to discourage people from attending so please drop a message via the Meetup site if you would like a free ticket.
