Situating futuristic product sounds in everyday life
Joe Sheldrick will share some of the sound design work he did for the Arrival bus, using VR to simulate the sounds in context of real life. Joe will take us behind the scenes of his process, the design challenges, and how he situated sounds that would align with Arrival’s brand, work in an everyday context of use.
The Art and Craft of Visualizing Knowledge, Not Data
In today’s data-driven world where information is more prevalent than ever before, communicating complex information effectively and impactfully is crucial. Learn how Valentina, an award-winning designer, creative director, and author, goes beyond standard charts, turning data into meaningful experiences that enhance knowledge. She’ll illustrate her approach to fostering understanding, connectivity, compassion, and action.
In this session, you’ll discover how to transform raw data into stunning and unique forms, be inspired about the far-reaching applications of data design, and reflect on data and design's role in shaping perceptions and acknowledging biases in your work
Navigating the age of automonous AI agents
In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, autonomous AI agents are set to revolutionise how consumers interact with the internet. These AI-driven entities will act on behalf of consumers, making decisions, conducting research, and executing tasks independently.
EJ and David from Else will explore the future of autonomous AI agents and their impact on your industry through some R&D work they initiated at Else including subjects like AI Agents in Action and Designing for AI and Humans
