Design is constantly evolving. Many design roles we have today didn't exist a few years ago and the skills designers have needed to establish careers likely won't be the same that will be important in the future.

We'll have some prompts to discuss what skills we are applying today and what we'll need to learn to be prepared for tomorrow.
