Questions and Answers in the design process

Traditionally, designers participate in finding the right answer to a problem: How do we make sure people understand this? When do we ask for this information? Where does this fit in the current processes?

We see, however, that great products and services come from looking at a different set of questions to begin with: Why do this thing now? What could it be? What does it stand for? With this in mind, the type of questions we ask during a project dramatically shapes the type of outcome.

More often than not, posing the right question leads to a more important, impactful and more successful result.
