💬🇬🇧 Talk 2 :: One concept, one month, and a lot of user input: the impact of early ux research
In this talk, Kim Feenstra Kuiper shares how she built a high-speed proof of concept in just one month — with users involved every step of the way. Working under tight constraints and plenty of uncertainty, she’ll walk through the practical methods she used to involve users early, even before a clear solution had emerged. You’ll hear real-world lessons on how to ask the right questions, test rough ideas when you’re not sure how, and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Whether you’re a designer or researcher, this talk offers a look at what can happen when you put users at the center — and how the impact of that process can go far beyond the final deliverable.
