Workflow automation with AI in the construction industry
What if every incoming request in a construction company could automatically turn into the right work order... without emails, copy-paste or spreadsheets in between?
During this Ixor TechTalk we’ll explore how AI and multi-agent systems can streamline day-to-day workflows in the construction industry.
We use a case study from Benogroup as the starting point and show how we moved from a manual flow to an AI-supported one, with support from Innoviris.

- Ivan De Broyer (CEO Benogroup) walks you through a very familiar scenario: an offer comes in, internal teams need a work order, and today much of that work still happens manually.
- He’ll share how they translated this pain point into an AI project, what the new AI-driven workflow looks like, and what changed for the teams in practice (increase speed, reduce errors, enable coordination and compliance).
Architecture & learnings: multi-agent systems by Ixor
Ixor's AI Engineer, Sien Nuyens, explains how we built the solution using the LangGraph ecosystem.
- You’ll hear what we learned compared to earlier experiments, for example with LibreChat.
- How we decided what to automate versus what to redesign in the process itself, and why the human side (ownership, trust, handovers) is just as important as the technical one.
