Blending Americana and folk-blues with a dark affection for murder ballads, caustic skiffle and bar-room melancholy, this duo bring a rich, characterful performance shaped by years of touring across the UK and Europe.
As an eternal troubadour, Grae J.’s songwriting draws inspiration from life on the road — from the motels of Bakersfield to the bars of Berlin and the backstreets of Paris. Expect sharp narratives, dark humour and powerful storytelling delivered in a raw acoustic setting.
They have performed at festivals including Glastonbury, Boomtown and Bestival, and have shared stages with artists such as TV Smith, Patrik Fitzgerald, John Cooper Clarke, Jowe Head and Ed Tudorpole.
Their most recent Los Chicos Muertos album, Quinze Petites Morts, received excellent reviews and international airplay.
