Volunteer staff members for the international-exchange party

We will hold the International Exchange Party at the Takashimadaira Kuminkan 3rd floor hall on Saturday 12th April 2025.
We are currently looking for the staff for the International Exchange Party.
The staff can be discounted the party fee.( Staff member party fee-2,500 yen)
The role of the staff members is preparing the party .
The meeting time for the staff members is 5:00 pm in front of Takashimadaira Kuminkan.
