Volunteer staff for the International Exchange Party

We are currently looking for the staff for the International Exchange Party.
The staff can be discounted the party fee.( Staff member party fee-2,500 yen)
The role of the staff members is preparing the party .
The meeting time for the staff members is 5:00 pm in front of Toshima Civic Center.
The detail of the International Exchange party is as follows.

We will hold the International Exchange Party at the Toshima Civic Center 6th floor hall on Saturday 29th November 2025.
When: Saturday 29th November 2025
Time: 6:30pm to 9:00 pm
Place: Toshima Civic Center 6th Floor, 1-20-10 Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, 170-0013, Japan
Access: 6 minutes from Ikebukuro station (next to Animate)

Party fee:　Men 5,000 yen, Women 4,500 yen, students 4,000 yen（Partner school students 2,500 yen）
