I’m an English and yoga teacher. I teach hatha and vinyasa classes to those wanting to develop not only their physical body, but also evolve their intellectual body.
My classes are focused on strength, flexibility and calming the mind, whiiiile learning English.
Clear and simple instructions, easy to follow for all levels of English and yoga.
