Zoom Square Dancing

What are square dancers to do in a time of social distancing? Zoom dance, of course! Our callers will be calling, and we will be dancing at home with ghosts. So, this is not an activity for beginners, but if you have taken our square dancing lessons, these zoom dances are meant to take you from where you left off and bring you to the point where you are a proficient zoom dancer. Who joins our dances? Well at the last one, we had people from across Canada, Europe, the USA and even Australia! The whole world square dances and we meet them on zoom. So join us on Thursdays at 7 pm for an hour of socializing and dancing!

Please join us if you are a Basic or Mainstream dancer, in fact whatever level you dance this may be for you. Learn to dance via Zoom. It is for 2 couples, but if you are just 1, 2 or 3 people that is okay as well. Why not start on the first night and grow with the group as we venture into this new way to sharpen our dancing skills while we wait for dancing
to return to normal. We will do some teaching right from the start and you can decide if it’s for you. During the breaks we have a few surprises, so please join us.
