Come draw with us at our monthly meeting at Gong Cha (RR 620 location). This is a casual drawing meetup for anyone who likes to create art/draw, no matter their experience level.

Make sure to come prepared with something to draw/illustrate with, which can include: tablets, paper and pencil, sketchbooks, notepads, paint (ex. watercolor), markers, colored pencils, etc. There is no theme; just come out and have fun! The purpose of Yoga Asana isn't fitness. It is, in part, to take care of the body as our vehicle; and although this may include fitness, it should never be defined by it. Yoga Asana practice gives us the opportunity to become aware of the body and the life force within the body, helping us to experience that we are not the body but rather the eternal being within the body who needs fulfillment on a level that the body cannot satisfy. This experience can then lead us to the deeper yoga practices, which are centered around meditation (the heart of yoga) and spiritual inquiry about our eternal identity and purpose.
