She provides alternative postures during the class, adapted to your level, and will gently correct you when needed. Hatha yoga is ideal if you are looking to re-connect with your body and improve your physical health. It's practiced more slowly and with more static hold than other yoga types, allowing time to sink into deeper poses. It's thus ideal for **efficient stretching**, and a good choice for beginners. Thanks to your yoga practice you will **develop strength, increase flexibility, your physical balance and stability, and can also find inner balance and strengthen yourself mentally.** Our venue is spacious: you don't have to be too close to each other and it's easy to see the teacher.
