The practice is suitable for everyone, regardless of meditation experience. Welcome to the mystical world of Tarot. The Tarot has been used since the 16th century as a tool for divination & inner reflection. Yet very few understand the mechanism behind how it works, and how to apply it toward uncovering hidden aspects of the psyche. Through a mix of intellectual discussion and practical exercises, we will dive into the connection between Tarot, Jungian psychology, and our inner worlds- leaving participants with a greater understanding of how to use Tarot as a tool for inner reflection and guidance in their personal lives. Door open at 6:30, event starts at 7pm. We will have light refreshments, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*. People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia. So, I decided to create that space. **What is this group about** * A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged. * A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder. * A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing. * A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support. **What to expect** * Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more. * Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all. **Who is this for?** * **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.*** **What this *isn't*** * This is not therapy. **It's Time to Just Be.** When was the last time you intentionally gave yourself an hour just for you? Not scrolling, not working, not rushing somewhere — just **being with your own thoughts for a moment**. **About:** What we are creating here is a gentle space to slow down and take that time. We’ll gather in a cosy café atmosphere and share a quiet hour where everyone can reconnect with themselves in their own way, surrounded by beautiful **sound bath music**. Just a small pause in the middle of the week. **What will happen?** During the Perfect Me Time, we will gently **open the space with a short grounding meditation (10-15 mins)** to help everyone transition from the busy day into a slower rhythm. Throughout the quiet hour, **soft sound bath elements** will be played in the background to support relaxation and focus. This will be a mostly **silent time (approximately 45 mins)**, where everyone is invited to spend the hour in their own way — journaling, reflecting, reading, thinking, or simply sitting with a warm cup of tea.
