Platform teams becoming bottlenecks. Incidents where even experienced engineers hesitate. And situations where people rely on tools without a clear sense of what is actually happening underneath. With AI, this is only accelerating. This is a talk for anyone who has ever copy-pasted a command, watched it work, and decided not to ask further questions.
