This class is designed to nourish mind, body and spirit so that the practitioner can come to know their true selves. This term, we have a special series of classes focuses more deeply on the chakra system where we spend some time reflection on these energy centres of the body in an effort to achieve more balance in our lives. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced students, it includes pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures) a focus on the energy centres of the body (chakra system) and finishes with a 15 minute relaxation (Savasana). For anyone interested in going deeper into the yogic system to cultivate a more holistic spirituality, come and join us on the mat. This class is available in person or online. **Facilitator**: Jane Mellett is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher (Yoga Alliance 500-Hour RYT); retreat facilitator and spiritual director based at Anam Ashram in Tallaght. **Investment**: 10 euros for in person and 7 euros online (via zoom). We have a special weekly 2 hour class that is more like a weekly workshop. It's a very social class, with amazing coffee, great coaching, and smiles and good work being done. Meet up, Warm up, and Get Moving to Get Fit :)
We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day. Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace. Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace. If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk. Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

Easy-paced **social 5K run** followed by a post-run sauna session at the **Chili Pod Sauna in Ringsend**. The focus is conversational pace, relaxed vibes, and meeting new people while doing something active. This is a social meetup, not a competitive running session, so there’s no pressure on pace. 📍 Meeting Point Chili Pod Sauna, Ringsend 🕡 Schedule 6:15pm – Meet at Chili Pod Sauna 6:25pm – Run starts sharp 7:00pm – Post-run sauna session 7:45pm – Finish 🏃 Run Details Approx. 5K Conversational/social pace All levels welcome 🧖 Sauna Payment will be taken in advance in order to book the slots. €15pp will be collected via Revolut. If joining the sauna afterwards, bring whatever you need: towel, swimwear, water, etc. We should be able to leave bags at the sauna during the run, but I’ll confirm this in advance. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
