We at Freesalsa Ireland believe in growing the community, something our friend DJ Leo also believes in. Therefore, we are delighted to promote his weekly practice here on our Meetup for those of you looking to spend their Sunday in the best way. There will be a 60-minute lesson before social with the award-winning DJ Leo until 17.00. Prices stand at a very affordable: €5: Only Social or Only Class €5: for beginners class and social €7: for intermediate/improvers class and social. *Please note, class capacity is limited, so arrive early to be sure of a spot; first come, first serve. This is why we dance. To spend time with folks and have new experiences. You won't find a better group to do that with than this. See you all then.

Socrates Cafe is taking a summer break. Both Third Space Smithfield and Dun Laoghaire Socrates Cafes will NOT meet for July and August. NO meetings during July and August but back in September. Let's have a swim together at Seapoint to mark the summer solstice. The weather will be warm, but there may be rain showers. High tide is at 17.53 so there will be plenty of water at the steps. I will be at the lifeguards centre at 3pm and I will wait 10 mins and then go in. None of us is a lifeguard so everyone swims or dips at their own risk. Bring a hot drink to warm up, if you like. It's always a good idea. See you on Sunday
