**Ride Safety Instructions:**
1\. Come on time to NOT miss pre\-ride briefing
2\. No overlapping of wheels
3\. Do not overtake appointed Pullers
4\. Pullers will give instructions on direction\, filtering and lights\. The rest shall not\!
5\. Do not fall behind the appointed sweepers\. If you have to break off\, inform the sweepers
6\. Ride predictably; ride well inside \(2/3 when in double paceline\) inside traffic lanes \- do not drift close to the line on the ride causing disruption to oncoming vehicle on the right lane
7\. Do not filter to next lane without instruction from pullers and/or sweepers
8\. No free wheeling \- play with gears and tap brakes
9\. Pass on messages\, and point to obstacles and potholes
10\. No sudden brakes\. If you drop anything\, inform the lead and continue to ride\. Stop at convenient location and pick up safely

1. **Strictly comply to LTA rules on riding formations : 5 riders in Single file, or 2x5 in when riding abreast. Maintain 30m gap between packs**
1. Follow traffic rules. Stop at the red light. (Do not follow the front rider blindly)

1. When overtaking on right, check blind spot & signal to the cyclist on the left, keep left after overtaking.
1. Ride in a predictable manner and keep to your lane
1. Keep one-meter length from the front cyclist.
1. Do not ride or stop beside tipper truck or bus. Always stay behind big vehicles.
1. No helmet no ride!
1. Rides must have rear red lights and front lights.

Most of our events take place rain or shine unless otherwise stated in the event chat. Please check the event page on the day of the event for the latest updates and important information.
Please be punctual. Attendees are encouraged to arrive slightly early to avoid disappointment. There will be a 5-minute grace period for attendance taking. We are unable to wait beyond that, as it would be unfair to those who arrived on time.
Join us for a relaxing walk along the Kallang River! We’ll follow the river via the Pelton Canal towards Grantral Mall — otters have been spotted along the canal, so keep an eye out :-)
Dinner will be at Grantral Mall after the walk.

Q: What is the expected pace?
A: The group naturally tends to split into a front group and a rear group. The front group runs at approximately 5:30 min/km, while the slower group is more flexible at around 6:30 min/km. The rear group will always accommodate and wait for other runners, as long as they are running.
Q: Is this run suitable for beginners?
A: Yes, as long as you are confident you can run the full advertised distance for the week's run without needing to stop to walk.
Q: Are there designated pacers?
A: We sometimes have official pacers. Pacers (if any) will be announced during the briefing.
Q: Is there a bag drop?
A: No, there is no bag drop service. Our road runs are point-to-point (we run from A to B and do not return to the start), so please only bring what you are comfortable running with.
Q: How do we get back from the end point?
A: We always plan our routes to end near an MRT station or a major bus interchange, ensuring you have a convenient way to get home.
Q: Are there water points along the route?
A: Availability of public water coolers varies with each route. We recommend bringing your own water. There are usually convenience stores along the way where you can purchase a drink if needed.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: This is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of heavy rain, we may delay the start by up to 10 minutes to see if the weather improves, but the run will not be cancelled.
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Please wear comfortable running attire suitable for Singapore's humid climate. We also recommend bringing a payment method (for our optional group breakfast), and your phone.
Q: Is breakfast a group activity?
A: Yes, all runners are welcome to join for breakfast at a nearby eatery after the run. It's a great way to refuel and socialise, but it's completely optional.

A waterfall hike for all hikers who enjoys nature and water trails.
The water flows down from Gunung Muntahak is known to be the water source for the famous Kota Tinggi Waterfall. Located in Kota Tinggi,
the hill is at 634 m and largely unexplored with much of its primary rainforest remains touched and undisturbed by human intrusions.
**◾Cascading Tengkil Waterfall**
Air Terjun Sungai Tengkil, known as Tengkil Waterfall, is a hidden gem in Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia. Nestled near Gunung Muntahak, this 10-tier cascade offers a picturesque retreat.
The serene environment, combined with the sound of cascading water, makes it a perfect spot for relaxation.

These are weekly classes where the whole group practice and progress together, working on fundamentals and slowly building up. This class is good for beginners or anyone working with injuries.
A consistent practice will build your foundation strong physically & mentally.

**◾Attractions/Things To Do:**
Gunung Ledang is a mountain in the Gunung Ledang National Park located in Tangkak District. The summit is located between the border of Muar and Malacca. Standing at 1,276 m (4,186 ft) ,with a clear trail leading to the peak, the mountain is a popular destination among amateur climbers. Mount Ophir is 64th highest mountain in Malaysia and arguably the most climbed mountain in the country.
This hike is not for beginner or with height phobia hikers.
🔺You need to have a good fitness level (exercise regularly)and relevant trekking experience to sign up for this hike.
