SATURDAY INDOOR ADULT Pick up Volleyball 4:30PM to 6:30PM
Trinity Christian School, 2170 Itabashi Way, Burlington, ON, CAFun & Competitive – ADULT (19+) COED Pick-Up Volleyball
Skill Level: Intermediate
Location: Trinity Christian School
Gym: Double Gym
Drop-in Fee: $15.00
(Think of it as $7.50/hour of fun!)

### RSVP & ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES (NEW)
We’ve noticed some new trends at recent Meetups and want to ensure fair, organized, and full courts for everyone:
- RSVPs get priority. Members who have RSVP’d will always get first access to spots.
- 15-minute grace period: RSVP’d players have 15 minutes after start time to arrive and check in.
- After 15 minutes, open spots may be filled as follows:
- Waitlist members who are present will be given priority.
- Walk-ins will then be considered.
- Our goal is to run full courts plus one sub per court: 28 players total.
RSVP Timing Update:
Based on member feedback, we’ll now be posting two weeks at a time so everyone has more flexibility to plan ahead.***
### CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- Once you RSVP, you have until 8:30 PM the day before to cancel.
- If you need to cancel after the deadline due to special circumstances, please contact our host at jess@jackedsports.com.
- NO-SHOWS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP.

- PLEASE SIGN THE WAIVER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
- You will receive a confirmation email; please show this to the program host at sign-in.
- Kindly remove wet footwear at the door and wear clean court shoes in the gym.

Get ready for a Friday night full of fun, fresh air, and friendly competition! Join us for our Beach Volleyball Pick-Up Social — where it’s all about great games, chill vibes, and meeting awesome new people.
🌴 What to Expect:- Laid-back fun pick-up games
- Rotating teams = meet more people
- Music, laughs, and sunshine (or a gorgeous sunset!)
- A social vibe
💵 $10 CASH at the event (CASH ONLY)
This event is growing fast — and we love it!
To keep things running smoothly and the fun flowing, we’re making a few upgrades:
🕖 Please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in.We will have 5 minute breaks in between games for water and to reshuffle teams.
We look forward to trying the new format to keep it social and fun for all members. We do emphasize bump/set/spike as it makes it more of a team game. Please remember we do get all levels of players and we expect kindness and support. We are all here for fun!

✅ If your plans change, please remove your RSVP at least 12 hours before the event. If it's within 12 hours, contact the host directly to let them know.
