After her excellent session on protein last year, Kenzie is helping us kick off the year with an empowering, no-nonsense look at carbohydrates—what they do in the body, how to choose quality sources, and how to use them strategically to support energy, movement, and healthy aging.
As always, there will be plenty of time for open discussion, questions, and real-life application.
