React Native (https://facebook.github.io/react-native/) is a new open source framework backed by Facebook that is used to build Native IOS and Android apps using JavaScript.
** Participation is optional, everyone is welcome to watch and or socialize **
What you need to code in React Native:

A computer with MAC OS

Recent version of Xcode (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/xcode/id497799835?ls=1&mt=12) installed on your computer

NodeJS (https://nodejs.org/) installed on your computer

A text editor of your choice installed on your computer

Google Chrome
We will be going over how to install React Native on your computer, and build a basic native mobile app. We will also discuss React Native in depth and answer any questions anyone may have about the technology.
