Jacksonville Beach Fall Social 2023

The Itinerary

Join us for a low-key gathering at the beach. After a hot summer, Jacksonville Beach will still be pleasantly warm and breezy the first weekend of October.

We'll have cornhole and a volleyball to toss around. Bring your own food and drinks -- even better if you have something share!

How to find Us

Look for a green-top tent and blanket off the 7th Ave North beach access point, due north of the Margaritaville Hotel. Continue walking north beyond any volleyball nets to open beach space.

Persistent high winds, rain, lightning, or a hurricane will cancel the event. Keep tabs on the weather. Will post a cancellation notice early afternoon if necessary.

The Skinny

1. Location - *About* Here On GPS.
2. What to Bring - Sunscreen, towel, chair, umbrella; long sleeves or an extra layer in case it's breezy.
3. Food and Drinks - Please bring your own. Will have some water and seltzer available.
4. Fun - Cornhole and a volleyball. Bring your own games or other forms of entertainment.

Parking

1. Jacksonville Beach Pier Parking - Off 5th Ave North. Walk 5-6 minutes north.
2. 441 Ocean Front North Parking - Off 1st St North. Walk 6-8 minutes north.
3. 6th, 7th, 8th Ave. North Free Parking.

Restrooms

1. Jax Beach Pier Parking Restrooms (walk south 5 mins to 5th Ave. North).
2. 2nd Ave North Public Restrooms (walk another 5-6 south past the Jax Beach Pier Restrooms on the paved boardwalk.

The Notes

• Come if you can, no attendance policy :)
• Prohibited: Glass containers, pets (unless service animals), illegal substances, excessively loud music.
• If you plan to drink, please do so responsibly - Arrange a designated driver or ride home if necessary.
