### Who Should Join
This group is for people who are at least a 5 out of 10 serious (and climbing higher!) about creating and shipping real work. If you just want to sit around and brainstorm endlessly, this probably isn’t for you.

- Discussions focused on problem-solving and execution
- Real accountability: we want people who build and make things happen
