Toes In The Sand

Bring your journals and a friend to join us for our end of month “Toes in The Sand” group session!

This will be a candle lit sunset session as we prepare for the full moon! We will talk and discuss on wellness and ways to reset for the month of August! We will have a journal session, meditation, breath work and visualization affirmations!

Come rejuvenate your mind body and soul for the new month ahead!

Pillows and blankets will be provided.
