Free Cardio Dance Class

We will be hosting a free Cardio Dance Class for the community!

Come “shake off the day” as we dance the night away!

If you enjoy dancing, join us for a fun night of moving and grooving to the sounds of popular pop and hip hop beats!

A great start to the month + weekend as we burn calories, work up a sweat, socialize & network!
