This 50-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited training prepares yoga teachers and non-teachers alike to lead inclusive, trauma-informed spaces in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
Designed for yoga teachers, educators, therapists, parents, healthcare workers, and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the mind-body connection and create safe, healing spaces.
You will learn:
• The neuroscience of trauma, PTSD, and polyvagal theory
• Somatic practices like breathwork, meditation, and movement
• Trauma-informed language, cueing, and assist techniques
• Class sequencing through a trauma-sensitive lens
• The role of yoga in social justice and decolonization
No prior yoga experience required. This training supports personal growth, leadership, and meaningful connection in any professional or personal setting.
Led by Kayla Carnes, a trauma-informed yoga educator devoted to creating compassionate and inclusive environments.
Tuition: $899
Includes all in-person sessions, training materials, and certificate of completion.
Attendance at all sessions is required for certification.
