About us
Game developers, designers, artists, modders, and future creators — welcome! 🎮
Jacksonville Game Developers & Designers is a local community for anyone interested in making video games.
Whether you’re an experienced developer, an indie creator working on your first game, a 3D artist, programmer, animator, modder, or someone who has always wanted to learn how games are made, you’re welcome here.
Our goal is simple: bring Jacksonville’s game creators together to learn, collaborate, share our work, and help each other improve.

You Don’t Need Experience
Never made a game before? That’s completely fine.
If you’ve been thinking about learning Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, game programming, 3D modeling, animation, or modding but don’t know where to start, come meet people who are already doing it.
You don’t need to work for a game studio.
You don’t need a finished game.
You don’t even need to know how to code.
You just need an interest in creating games.
