Sunrise at the Beach

Start your morning in peace, on purpose.

Join us for a serene sunrise at the beach, followed by an optional cup of coffee at Southern Grounds & Co. We’ll meet at Southern Grounds at 6:00 AM and walk to the beach together at 6:15 AM. There’s convenient street and lot parking nearby (free before 11 AM).

After we watch the sunrise, we’ll head back to Southern Grounds to slowly ease into the morning with a warm cup of coffee or tea and great company.

What to bring:

• A blanket or foldable outdoor chair (we’ll be sitting on sand or near the water).
• Optional: Water bottle or anything that helps you feel grounded in the moment.

This event will start on time and end on time in respect of everyone’s schedule. Whether you come for the sunrise, the stillness, or just the space to pause , we’re looking forward to seeing you there. 🧡
