Join me for an easy introductory Kundalini Yoga session that combines movement, mantra, and breathwork.

This is an easy beginner kundalini yoga with seated postures inluding repetitive movements, mantra and breathwork.

I will also share how you can make kundalini yoga and meditation as part of your daily routine. I'd like to make this a weekly practice for those who are interested.

I'd love to learn everyone's experience with yoga and meditaiton and what your goals are with meditation and yoga.
