Philip Simonetta has become the new organizer on this group 03/19/2024.
Philip is the owner operator of Simonetta's Brick Oven Pizza Bus. He is also the Broker-Owner of Pier 21 Realty, LLC. which is a real estate brokerage and real estate school licensed in Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina.
This group is to unite people and build strong business and personal relationships around real estate and real estate investing. As a real estate school we educate and certify the public for The Florida Real Estate Commission to take their real estate exam. We also certify current agents to become brokers. We offer over 30 state approved courses.
As a real estate brokerage for current licensees we offer an apprenticeship program which introduces them to the business process and all the steps to be successful in the business.
