Pirate Pool Party & BBQ

Welcome All Pirates! In conjunction with Saturday's Sail, everyone is welcome to join the Rudder Club and the Jacksonville Sailing Meetup Group for our Pirate Pool Party & BBQ.

Whether you are sailing with us beforehand or are just want to socialize with Jacksonville's sailing community, come out and have some afternoon fun of food, music, swimming and BBQ.

Make new friends, learn about sailing opportunities and more. Heck, just have fun. (As I type this out, I am, sitting on my boat with tunes on, after sailing into St. Augustine and ocean sailing up to JAX tomorrow.)

Back to the party, pirate costumes are welcome of course as well as bathing suits to dip in the pool after sailing while sipping a cocktail.

Appetizers will be provided, and the bar will be open until 7:00 PM. Showers and changing rooms are on site. Bring your food to grill and share if desired. Sides to share are always great. We have condiments and spices on site. Please know, per the law, outside alcohol is not allowed on club grounds with the bar is open.

Any donations to the club to help cover the party costs would be appreciated but are not required. Come out and have some fun. We look forward to seeing our old friends and new members.
