These gentle exercises embody the core teachings of Tai Chi Gung.

Tai Chi Gung is especially beneficial for anyone that has balance, sleep, memory or focus issues.

Tai Chi Gung is a practice involving gentle exercises that can be done at any age and any fitness level.

The Circle of Chi is a global community of that promotes the practice, principals and teachings of Tai Chi Gung.

This group wll focus on keeping the Jacksonville area updated on Circle of Chi activities especially the classes and events at the Jacksonville Beach Wellness Center where we offer Tai Chi Gung classes and holistic services that promote health and longevity in line with the teachings and principals of Tai Chi Gung.
