This event is the first seminar in a 9 part series based on the Circle of Chi book by Master Lama Rasaji.

The seminar will cover the history of Tai Chi Gung and explain how it works with the chi to promote health and longevity.

It will introduce participants to the standing and sitting Tai Chi Gung exercises as well as Lama's Lotus breathing meditation.

The 2 hours will be a dynamic mix of participating in the exercises and lecture.

The seminar is open to anyone no matter their age or fitness level although the lecture is better for ages 16 and above. No special equipment is needed.

For members and pass holders this seminar will equate to one class and is charged the same as a 1 hour class. It is bascially a class with bonus seminar content.

Come in and learn to increase both your chi and peace!

Wear comfortable clothes.
Comfortable shoes are optional.
No yoga mat or equipment is needed.

Tai Chi Gung is a practice involving gentle exercises that can be done at any age and any fitness level.
