This is a Private Class spot for someone that wants to be introduced to Tai Chi Gung for the first time without attending a larger class.
Tai Chi Gung Warmup and Basic Standing Exercises were developed 3300 years ago by Lao Tzu to improve the health, balance, and longevity by restoring the natural flow of chi in the body.
These gentle standing exercises embody the core teachings of Tai Chi Gung.
Tai Chi Gung is especially beneficial for anyone that has balance, memory or focus issues.
Come in and learn to increase both your chi and peace!
Wear comfortable clothes.
Comfortable shoes are optional.
No yoga mat or equipment is needed.
First Class is always free.
