On special and auspicious Friday 13th:
It was considered the ‘Day of the Goddess’, being Venus day and the number of the Divine Feminine, the moon cycles, blood, fertility.

We had Jupiter, the planet of expansion, good luck and abundance, starting a new 12-month cycle in Cancer: the sign of the Divine Mother, that sits in the heart, and relates to nurturing, care, love, including self-love.

A perfect time to honour, unveil, ignite or recalibrate your Divine Feminine self in balance with the Divine Masculine.

In the Taoist Calendar, we are in transition from the Wood Element (Spring) to the Fire Element (Summer), where Self-Acceptance and Self-Love are in the liver and the heart, respectively. Although these are virtues to be cultivated all year round, if you find yourself in the Southern Hemisphere, you can still enjoy the benefits of this workshop and are welcome to join us.

Embracing Unconditional Self-Acceptance is as important as Embracing Unconditional Self-Love!… They are both linked in their coexistence, like the moon and the sun, the dark and the light!

For me, these are the foundations for a healthy life, and a harmonious relationship with yourself and everything around you, while getting and living the life we want.
