•• Chi Self-Massage, reclaiming your body while getting energised!

•• A 2 in 1 exercise to boost your immune system and activate your throat.

• Meditation - to cultivate inner harmony, which spreads into your outer world, together with self-love and self-acceptance.

• Special care for our Kidneys and Adrenal Glands - how to keep them healthy and rejuvenated!

•• I'll be introducing the Kidney and Adrenal Glands Breathing and Rejuvenation Practice.

The kidneys guard ancestral QI/CHI and store genetic energy. They hold our reproductive essence, which is our life force. They are linked with our reproductive organs: your vitality and rejuvenation. Like the adrenal glands - the ‘little helmets’ are two walnut-sized endocrine glands on the top of the kidneys. When tired and stressed, too common in our modern lives, they decrease our libido.
