More ABOUT ME, Anamarta & The JADE EGG HOLISTIC PRACTICE:

The trigger to empower myself as a woman was a diagnosed incurable hormonal condition. Then I found I could heal it! My story of seeking balance began two decades ago. Nowadays many women have had amazing healing and empowering experiences with this practice.

For those new to this space, a bit more about me on the foot of this event.

The JADE EGG comes from the female ancient Taoist tradition, the Jade Priestess Way. An amazing 'tool', when properly used, it is indeed great to enhance women's optimal health, harmony, inner strength, rejuvenation and honour the sacred feminine within.
When working holistically the benefits are on all levels: physical, emotional and energetic.

Initiated by my grandmother into the family lineage of Medicine Women. I’m a pioneer of the Tao of Feminine Empowerment. I qualified as a Taoist Master Trainer from Healing Tao UK. And became an Advanced Instructor of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

Teaching the Jade Egg Holistic Practice & Kuan Yin Qigong for most of my adult life. I teach ongoing monthly circles, online courses, weekend workshops, and week-long retreats. Women describe these experiences as life-enhancing and for many life-changing.
