What is It?

We are hosting Hackathon in Jaipur. One of its own kind of Hackathon you have ever witnessed in Jaipur. Our only motto is to bring tech people together and nurture entrepreneurship. The idea is to build something demoable in a short time frame (2 days)by collaborating with fellow hackers. The format is intentionally open, so we don't leave out any good ideas.

When is It?

Starts on Saturday 31st January at 8am and concludes on Sunday 1st February evening at 6pm.

Who is Backing this event?

First Jaipur Hackathon is backed by EligibleApi, Startup Labs and Upside9. This list is still growing and we are about to add few very big names pretty soon, Keep Watching :)

What to bring?

• Your own device, whether laptop, smart phone, arduino, raspberry, smartwatch whatever it requires.

• Good sense of humor and lots of energy

What will we provide?

• Internet

• Sufficient food to keep you filled

• Business and Technical mentors with proven track record to help you

• Tea/Coffee keep you awake

• Something to sleep in case you want to :)

• Exciting Prizes for top 3 hacks

How it works?

• Application for hackathon are open and will be closed on 10th December. You can register by filling out a simple form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1CGuxuLVeDzU80yTqHwcKtuIMsEdYRKd1W22BCyG99oI/viewform).

• Since we have limited number of spaces due to logistical constraints, We review all the applications and select the few for Hackday.

• Hackers reach the venue, meet fellow hackers, form team and start brainstorming on the idea.

• We will arrange few tech talks on latest technology to keep you updated and help with ideas.

• Hackers start hacking and we will have technical/business mentors to help with the issues.

• Every team shows their hack to judges in 5 minutes and then prizes are announced

What can you build?

Anything, Yes Anything which can be finished by end of 28th Dec. It can be a web app, mobile app, api, library, hardware utility.

Team Size?

It can be 2-3 people. You don’t have to come up with a team, it is something which can be built on the spot. So if you don’t have the idea you can join someone who already have one.
