NIGHT OUT in the Japanese Neighbourhood

Do you want to discover a hidden gem in Jakarta while meeting new friends? Than this event is exactly for you.

We will collect at Uma Copi, a cozy café with vinyl records, for a first drink or coffee until ca. 20.30.

Then we will explore the Japanese neighbourhood around Blok M together!

There are tons of food options (street food and restaurants).

There is simple and upscale bars we can hop in for a drink and some live music.

There is also family-friendly Karaoke parlours we can visit for an out-of-tune singing together.

There will be plenty of time to sit down and enjoy & relax, while we will also visit more than one place.

M Bloc Space is just around the corner and perhaps worth a visit too.

Two malls are close by: Blok M Plaza and Blok M Square.

If the urge to immerse yourself in literature won't let go of you, hop into Taman Literasi justa round the corner (open till 10 pm).

Join us if you drink alcohol or if you don't.

We can use the chat ahead of the event to suggest places we want to visit.

There is also the possiblity to split up in smaller groups, and catch up together.

Just join and enjoy! Let's go on a social exploration of Jakarta nightlife together. Come alone or with friends. Everyone is welcome.

MRT Station Blok M is right there and I strongly recommend everyone to drop your private, pollution-generating engine and join using pubic transportation.

By noon you should be able to know if you can join us or not, so I kindly request to update your RSVP so that everyone has an idea how many people will join.
