THERE IS NO BUSINESS WITHOUT BUSINESS NEWTORKING! Most of all, networking is about connecting, learning from each other, and getting inspiration.

So this event is FOR EVERYONE who is doing any kind of business in Jakarta or online.

Let's get together and have a BUSINESS SPEED DATING & NETWORKING at Taman Literasi. We will collect there (be on time!) and find a suitable place to sit down together.

The setting is very simple: We will meet in front of the library at Taman Literasi, then find together a quite place to sit. It's a classic speed dating session, but the topic will be business! About half of the people will stay in one place, and about half with rotate, so that everyone will ge the chance to talk with as many people as possible. Everyone will have about 2-3 minutes to give an elevator pitch about their business/story/project/idea to every person they talk to! After the 2h session is over, we will mingle and connect, or have a bite together, so that everoyne can still talk to each other, and bring their business networking to the next level.

Please note: This event is ONLY for Premium members of Jakarta Friends. Newcomers can attend one event for free, and can pay membership on the spot or per bank transfer with a 50% promo discount, that is for 95k IDR for a whole year worth of events. The language will be in English. Your English doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough for people to understand you. This is your change to improve your business English!

This is the chance to promote yourself and your great ideas, business, and projects! Maybe you just openened a small café and you'd like to get customers; maybe you are working on a creative project and are looking for collaborators; maybe you are searching for international expertise and feedback; maybe you are looking for funding and financing; maybe you look for mentorship or want to give it to a junior colleague.

Personally, I am particularly interested to hear stories and challenges of women enterpreneurs, creatives, and local businesses.

Enterpreneurs, creatives, start-uppers, local business owners, professionals with big dreams and bold plans are very welcome to join in this informal business networking.

Please be on time so that we start this networking session together. Please update your RVSP at least 24 hours before the event if you cannot come to facilitate organisation and as courtesy to all members. Repeated no-shows will be kicked from the group. Thank you for understanding.

There is no better way than to do this in an informal setting over a coffee, drink, or bite. Come with a business suit, if you want to (although this is not mandatory!), but most importantly: come with a smile and clear goal of what you want to achieve. And don't forget to bring an open mind and your business cards!
